Pricing questions, answered.

  • Why no public pricing?
    Each center has different patient volumes, integrations and SLAs. A net price would be misleading: we build a custom quote after a 30-minute call.
  • Is there a minimum contract?
    Pilot is 3 months with no auto-renewal. Standard and Enterprise are annual, renewable.
  • Can I move from Pilot to Standard?
    Yes, anytime. Data collected during the Pilot stays available in Standard with no migration.
  • What's included in support?
    All plans include email support. Standard adds a priority channel; Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager and on-call SLA.
